Description

Old 45 rpm vinyl record featuring Luis Mariano, presented in a vintage sleeve predominantly orange and yellow. The visible side of the sleeve features a black and white photographic portrait of the artist, framed by graphics typical of the 50s-60s, with a wide yellow band bearing the name "LUIS MARIANO" in black capital letters. The upper right part displays the "La Voix de Son Maître" logo as well as the reference "7 EGF 146 MEDIUM".

Several titles are listed on the sleeve: "C'est Magnifique", "I Love Paris" (from the operetta 'Can-Can'), "Madeleine", and "Et Flute... et Zut", indicating a multi-track record with orchestral accompaniment under the direction of J. H. Rys. The visual is typical of the period, with a simple and effective graphic layout, emphasizing the singer's notoriety.

The media shows significant signs of wear: visible creases on the cardboard sleeve, blunted corners, scratches, scuffs on the surface, and several handwritten annotations in pen on the portrait and orange areas (notably "B+" and various inscriptions). The bottom of the sleeve also bears the mention "EDITION PUBLICS" in small print.

The visible side does not show the record itself; only the sleeve is presented. The front clearly shows the original colors, but the patina of time and signs of use are very present, giving the whole an authentic vintage look.

This type of compact 45 rpm record was very common for disseminating popular hits in the 1950s-1960s. The graphic aesthetic, typography, and the "La Voix de Son Maître" label logo are characteristic of this era.
