This original administrative document, dated August 21, 1945, comes from the Ponts et Chaussées (Bridges and Roads) department of the Bouches-du-Rhône region in Marseille. It is a sub-divisional report concerning the temporary occupation of the public maritime domain, specifically for the coastline of Pont de la Lavé. The document features a printed letterhead typical of the 1940s, with visible handwritten notes and signatures.

The main text is typewritten, supplemented by several handwritten annotations in blue and gray, particularly on the left side and bottom of the document. It mentions the petitioner, the Société des Entreprises de Grands Travaux Hydrauliques (Company of Major Hydraulic Works), as well as the names of the responsible engineers (Mr. Isnard D., TPE engineer, and Mr. Y. Soulat, chief engineer). The document details the renewal request for technical installations such as an aerial conveyor, loading terminals, an electrical transformer, and a pumping station.
