It concerns an order for the occupation of public land in Marseille, with explicit mention of the commune of L'Estaque and the authorization granted to a certain Marie, residing on rue Jumelles.

The visible side shows several official stamps, including a round prefectural seal dated 1933, as well as a green fiscal stamp affixed to the top left, confirming the authenticity and administrative nature of the document.
