Illustrated philatelic envelope, FDC (First Day Cover) type, dedicated to the 1969 CEPT Europa issue. The visible front features a color printed illustration of two storks on a nest, above the "CEPT EUROPA" logo, accompanied by the inscription "EUROPA 1969". This envelope bears the blue Europa 1969 stamp with a face value of 0.70 francs, accompanied by a "First Day of Issue" postmark dated 5.5.69 in Strasbourg, with the mention "Conseil de l'Europe" (Council of Europe).

The envelope is protected in a transparent plastic sleeve. In the lower right part, there is a handwritten label "12F".
