This is a First Day Cover (FDC), featuring a colorful illustration of two musicians, one playing a stringed instrument and the other a drum. The envelope bears the official "Premier Jour" (First Day) postmark dated May 27, 1970, in Libreville. Visible numbering: 00080 out of 2000 copies.
