Commemorative philatelic envelope illustrating a mailing dated April 22, 1974, sent from Toulouse, as evidenced by the circular postmark "31700 TOULOUSE RP AEROPORT 22-4 1974". The stamp affixed, with a face value of 0.60 francs, depicts Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris with a dominant purple and gray color scheme, accompanied by the inscription "RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE".

The envelope features 1970s-era graphics on the right side, highlighting the inscription "SUP’AERO 1974 à TOULOUSE" and a stylized airplane or aircraft motif, printed in blue. The front also bears the mentions "CORRESPONDANCE PHILATELIQUE" and the address of the SCOTEM company, 11 Rue Neuve Popincourt, 75011 PARIS, printed in blue.
