Illustrated First Day Cover (FDC) philatelic envelope dedicated to Franco-African cooperation. The envelope features a polychrome illustration: two stylized portraits facing each other, connected by a red arrow bearing the word "COOPÉRATION," between schematic maps of Africa and Madagascar. The print includes the mention "PREMIER JOUR D’ÉMISSION N° 315 HISTORIQUE F.D.C." as well as the caption "COOPÉRATION FRANCO-AFRICAINE MAIAGA..." (partially obscured in the photo).

The affixed stamp, with a face value of 0.25 F, reiterates the theme of Franco-African cooperation with a stylized map and an outstretched hand. Two round "PREMIER JOUR PARIS COOPÉRATION 6 NOV. 64" postmarks are clearly stamped on the front of the envelope, confirming its official first day of issue. The envelope is protected by a transparent plastic sleeve, emphasizing the care taken in its preservation.

The graphic composition and typography are typical of the 1960s, with a clean and didactic aesthetic characteristic of commemorative envelopes of the period. The postmark and stamp are well-centered, the illustration remains sharp, and the colors are vibrant. A small handwritten label "105" is visible on the bottom right of the plastic sleeve.

The visible side shows no notable defects, scratches, or major missing parts; the envelope appears to be in good general condition, with no apparent creases. The plastic protection shows some reflections but does not obscure any important details of the document.

Used item, sold as is. Only the front side is visible and protected under a plastic sleeve. The general condition is good, illustration and postmarks well preserved.
