Description

This old pennant from the Club Athlétique des Cheminots Oullins Lyon (CASCOL) features an emblematic triangular shape, typical of sports souvenirs from the mid to late 20th century. The visible side boasts a bright red background, enhanced by a matching peripheral fringe sewn all around the edge, as well as two turned wooden end caps at each end of the top bar for hanging.

The center of the pennant is adorned with the legible inscription "CLUB ATHLETIQUE DES CHEMINOTS OULLINS LYON," accompanied by two coats of arms: on the left, a stylized yellow and black emblem; on the right, a coat of arms with the arms of Lyon. In the lower part, an illustration of a red locomotive evokes the club's railway identity, topped with stylized black silhouettes representing various sports disciplines (football, athletics, gymnastics, etc.), highlighting the association's multisport vocation.
