Old pennant from an international sports tournament, dated 1983, presented here in its traditional triangular shape with a rounded tip. The pennant features a predominant golden yellow with a wide black and red diagonal, typical of Germanic colors, bordered by a black-red-yellow braided trim. In the center, an embroidered coat of arms depicts a red lion on a silver background, surrounded by a black border, evoking the heraldry of the Brussels region or Belgium. The visible side features embroidered inscriptions in black: "28. Internationales Finanzsportturnier 6.-10. Juni 1983 in Brüssel", as well as the disciplines: "Tennis, Fussball, Schach, Tischtennis" (tennis, football, chess, table tennis). The whole is framed by a silver fringe at the bottom.

The pennant fabric has a satin appearance, probably synthetic or artificial silk, with no explicit indication of the material. The upper trim is adorned with a two-tone twisted cord, ending in two decorative turned wooden tassels, typical of ceremonial pennants from the 1980s. The colors remain vibrant and the overall structure is preserved, despite some visible folds and signs of use on the surface.
