Vintage First Day Cover (FDC) issued in Vietnam on December 5, 1967, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Lions International. The envelope features a commemorative illustration in green and red depicting a traditional pavilion, as well as a similar pink 3đ stamp. Two round "Lions International Saigon" postmarks dated 5.12.67 are clearly visible.

Condition: Used item as is, showing normal signs of age-related wear, with no major visible tears. The printing and postmarks remain clear and legible.
