This CEF philatelic souvenir sheet is dedicated to the Council of Europe, with a careful layout typical of French commemorative issues. The visible side features three cancelled stamps, each displaying a different face value (1.90, 2.20, 2.50), all on the theme of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. The stamps are illustrated by Charles Bridoux, a renowned graphic designer and artist in the philatelic field.

The sheet combines several graphic elements: on the left, the three stamps are vertically aligned with a common cancellation "CONSEIL DE L’EUROPE STRASBOURG". On the right, a warm-colored illustration (red and orange) depicts the Palace of Europe, surmounted by yellow stars evoking the European flag. A black and white checkerboard graphic frame adds a contemporary touch to the composition.

The text printed at the bottom of the sheet traces the history and role of the Council of Europe, its missions and its achievements in human rights and European cooperation. The whole is presented on a light cardboard support, inserted in a transparent plastic sleeve, typical of CEF sheets intended for philately.

On the left border, we can see the mentions "N°1843 du catalogue CEF" and a numbering "8902", indicating a limited edition. The inscriptions also specify the name of the commercial network and the print run limitation, important elements for buyers of thematic philatelic sheets.

The general condition observed on the visible side is very satisfactory: no apparent fold, vibrant colors, clear inscriptions, without defects or major signs of wear on the photographed surface.
