This CEF philatelic sheet highlights the theme of the fight against racism and friendship between peoples. On the visible side, there is a large central illustration depicting two stylized hands, one green and one red, clasping each other in a symbolic gesture of unity. The words "AMITIÉ" (FRIENDSHIP) and "lutte contre le racisme" (fight against racism) are printed in colorful letters around the illustration, reinforcing the message of fraternity and inclusion. In the upper right corner, the sheet features a 2.30 franc postage stamp illustrated with the same motif of clasped hands, accompanied by a "LUTTE CONTRE LE RACISME – PARIS" (FIGHT AGAINST RACISM – PARIS) postmark. The illustration is signed Dessirier, decorator, whose name is mentioned in the lower right corner of the sheet. The mentions "AMITIÉ" and "lutte contre le racisme" are repeated in several places, attesting to a strong and committed visual message.

The sheet bears the number 306 in the lower left corner, inscribed on a gray metallic-looking band. Also noted are the limited edition mention and the reference to CEF catalog n° 4265. Two perforations on the left edge suggest a format designed for filing in a philatelic binder.

The surface of the sheet presents a smooth finish with well-preserved colors, without any visible defect on the exposed side. No folds, stains or tears are apparent on this side, which attests to good preservation for this French commemorative issue.

Used item in good general condition, sold as is, as seen in the photo. The front does not show any major apparent defects.
