Description

This illustrated CEF philatelic sheet highlights the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval, an emblematic monument of the Haute-Loire region, through a refined graphic composition. On the visible side, the sheet presents a detailed illustration in black and purple of the famous postman Joseph Ferdinand Cheval, accompanied by a stylized representation of the Palais Idéal.
