This CEF philatelic souvenir sheet features the "Liberté" (Liberty) type of the French Republic, illustrated by a work from Pierre Gandon, a renowned painter-engraver and Grand Prix de Rome winner. The main section shows an artistic reproduction representing a feminine allegory of Liberty, draped and coiffed, riding a winged horse against a starry blue background. The border of the sheet is accentuated by a discreet graphic frame, typical of CEF presentations.

In the upper right section, three illustrated stamps are affixed, each with a distinct color: red, green, and blue. The postmarks bear the inscription "Liberté Paris" dated 1985, which corresponds to the first issue of this series. The effigies of the stamps, visible on each vignette, also reproduce the Liberty motif, designed by Pierre Gandon.

The sheet includes printed explanatory text, detailing the postal function of each stamp according to domestic or international rates. The inscription "République type Liberté" is printed at the bottom of the main visual, confirming the theme and period of the issue.

On the left, the CEF (Courrier d'Entreprise à la Française) logo is visible, along with the sheet's numbering (3387), certifying its authenticity and its belonging to a limited series. The support is made of matte cardstock, with lateral perforations for archiving in a binder.

The overall condition is that of a used sheet: the edges are clean, the print remains vivid, and the colors are well-preserved. The photo shows only the front side, with no information about the reverse.
