This illustrated philatelic sheet, published by the CEF (Cercle des Émissions Philatéliques de France), honours the manor of Saint-Germain-de-Livet, located in Calvados. On the visible side, a large colour illustration occupies the left part of the sheet, faithfully representing the manor with its conical-roofed towers and its checkerboard walls of stone and brick, reflecting the emblematic architecture of the Pays d’Auge. The illustration bears the signature of the artist Claude Haley, who also designed the associated stamp.
