This CEF (Courrier d’Entreprise à Faciale) leaflet presents a philatelic edition dedicated to UNESCO, issued in 1984. On the visible side, it features a central illustration signed by René Quillivic, depicting the monolithic church of Lalibela (Ethiopia), a UNESCO World Heritage site. This drawing occupies a significant part of the leaflet, with predominantly ocher, brown, and beige hues, highlighting the architectural aspect of the site.

On the left side of the leaflet, three illustrated postage stamps are affixed vertically, each franked with the postmark "PREMIER JOUR UNESCO 20 OCT. 1984 PARIS." The overall condition appears very good on the visible side: no noticeable signs of wear, the surface is clean, and the colors remain vibrant.

The inscriptions "PREMIER JOUR" (First Day) and "UNESCO" in the postmarks, as well as the face values and thematic illustrations on the stamps, make this leaflet a representative item of French commemorative issues related to world heritage.
