This official philatelic sheet, published by the CEF (Connaissance et Étude de la Philatélie), commemorates Stamp Day 1994. The visible side features a color reproduction of French stamps known as "Marianne de Londres," arranged in three distinct blocks: blue, green, and red. The illustration of the sheet was entrusted to Charles Bridoux, as indicated under the central image. To the right, we find the title "La JOURNÉE du TIMBRE" (Stamp Day) accompanied by an illustrated cancellation from March 12, 1994, in Paris, and a commemorative stamp.

The sheet includes an explanatory text printed on the right side, tracing the history of the issuance of these stamps in 1944 in London, their historical context related to the Liberation, and the symbolism of the "Marianne de Londres" series in French philately.
