This philatelic sheet, published by the CEF (Cercle des Émetteurs Français), pays tribute to Louise Michel (1830-1905), an emblematic figure of the French feminist and revolutionary movement, as part of the "Homage to Women" series. The visible side features an artistic composition highlighting two stylized portraits of Louise Michel, with expressive features, in warm tones blending ochre, beige, and touches of red. An illustrated background and a graphic evocation complete the scene, signed by artist A. Sainson, who also designed the issued stamp.

On the right side of the sheet, a biographical text in French traces Louise Michel's journey, from her involvement in the Paris Commune to her influence on social and feminist struggles. The top of the sheet bears the title "HOMMAGE AUX FEMMES" (Homage to Women), while the bottom clearly states "LOUISE MICHEL (1830-1905)."

This sheet includes a matching stamp, postmarked with the "HOMMAGE AUX FEMMES - LOUISE MICHEL" first-day cover stamp dated from Paris, with a partial reproduction of the portrait. The whole is presented in a transparent pouch with perforations on the left, typical of CEF presentations, and a visible reference "2502" on the side strip.

The sheet is inserted into a protective plastic sleeve, allowing the entire illustrated front, text, stamp, and cancellation to be seen. The quality of the printing and the clarity of the illustrations give this sheet a neat and valuable appearance for any enthusiast of thematic philately or social history.
