Vintage Starlux soldier figurine – old hand-painted retro statuette

This figurine depicts a soldier standing in uniform, in a dynamic posture, seemingly holding an instrument or short weapon in front of him. Made in a style typical of Starlux productions, it features a hand-painted finish, with colors muted by time: khaki and beige tones for the uniform, black boots, and some red details on the jacket. The figure wears a military cap, identifiable by its flat shape and short visor, and stands on a flat rectangular base, also painted in shades of olive green.

The statuette is molded in a single piece, with no visible articulation. The details of the face and uniform are summarily sketched, in accordance with the manufacturing techniques of vintage Starlux figurines. No inscriptions or markings are visible on the exposed side.

There are signs of wear on the paint, particularly on the arms, torso, and legs, as well as chips of color on the base, which attests to its old use and age. The surface has a matte appearance, without any particular shine, typical of old hand-painted figurines.

The dynamic posture, uniform, and molding style evoke Starlux productions from the second half of the 20th century, highly prized for their realism and expressive rendering. The scene depicted, with the soldier in action, recalls the classics of Starlux military series.

The figurine is presented alone, without additional accessories or decorative elements visible in the image. Its compact format and stable base allow for easy display on a shelf, desk, or in a retro display cabinet.

Condition: Used item, sold as is. Signs of wear and paint chips are visible, particularly on prominent parts. Nevertheless, the figurine retains a beautiful presence and authentic charm related to its age.
