Description

Antique Eau de Lavande des Alpes bottle, as shown in the photo. This rectangular bottle features beveled edges and a slightly trapezoidal shape, typical of mid-20th century French productions. The bottle has a dark screw cap, likely plastic, adorned with a yellow disc indicating "70°".

On the front, a period label, well-preserved despite some signs of age, displays the inscription "EAU DE LAVANDE DES ALPES". It is framed by a classic green and gold motif, typical of the retro graphics used by French distilleries. The label specifies: "La Maison de la Lavande, ETS Jean RULLAN, Distillateur, DIGNE (B.A.)", attesting to artisanal production from the south of France. The inscriptions are clear and perfectly legible.

The glass has a frosted or opaque appearance, with traces of old internal drips and a visible deposit at the bottom. The bottle is empty but retains residues that bear witness to its previous use.
