Description

This dummy perfume bottle, visible in the photo, is a vintage advertising piece designed for shop window display. It is a model from the Leonard Paris brand, clearly bearing the inscription "BALAHE" in silver letters on the front of the stopper, as well as the mention "LEONARD PARIS" on the right. The bottle has an elongated, horizontal shape, with a black, glossy, convex oval base. The upper part, also black, is distinguished by its geometric lines and massive appearance, typical of high-end perfume displays from the late 20th century.

The surface of the base features an embossed design, evoking a textured finish or an abstract pattern, which gives the whole a sophisticated and decorative look. The inscriptions are clear and legible, contributing to the immediate identification of the brand and model. This dummy bottle, also known as a display tester or dummy, was intended to visually highlight the perfume in sales areas, without containing any liquid.

The contrast between the glossy oval base and the more angular upper part highlights a simple and elegant design, suited to the aesthetic of vintage or retro perfume shop windows. The object is presented on a wooden surface, which accentuates the antique and decorative aspect of the piece.

The glossy black finish of the entire piece reflects light and reveals some visible signs of wear in the photo, particularly slight handling marks or exposure marks on the upper surface. No major chips are visible on the front, but a patina of use is noticeable, consistent with the age of the object.

This Leonard Paris Balahe dummy bottle, with its clean lines and decorative appearance, makes an ideal decorative object for a retro ambiance, a window display, or a collection of antique perfumery accessories.

Condition
