Large lot of vintage promotional wristwatches, mainly with quartz movements, featuring logoed dials, various straps, and several plastic presentation cases or black boxes.

Description

Set of late 20th-century promotional and advertising watches, presented as a lot. The visible pieces combine metal or synthetic cases, plastic, textile, leather or stretch metal straps, as well as several individual translucent protectors.

The dials offer a beautiful graphic diversity: food logos, mineral waters, commercial brands, sports universe and promotional references. Noteworthy dials include those marked Contrex, Perrier, San Pellegrino, ixell, TAT Express, Thonon, Prosteel, S'Yorre, as well as a watch with a colorful France 98 decoration. The set is very representative of 1980s-1990s promotional watches, with round shapes, plastic or metal bezels, printed dials and brightly colored straps.

Several watches come with boxes or cases, including black boxes and translucent plastic cases. Lot sold as a decorative, promotional and vintage watchmaking set.

Context
