The visible side features a shield divided into several colored parts: a blue section on the left, illustrated with a red and white haloed human figure, a golden star motif, and two white vertical elements on a red background on the right. The lower part of the shield features red and gold vertical stripes. The entire decoration is made of enamel, with raised separations reminiscent of the cloisonné technique.
