This old token, visible in the photo, is a Polish telephone token, dated 1990. The object has a classic circular shape, with a surface that has a patinated metallic appearance. On the visible side, the inscription "POLSKA POCZTA TELEFON" is clearly discernible, along with a stylized representation of a post horn and a lightning bolt, historical symbols of postal and telephone services in Poland. The date "1990" is engraved below the central motif.

The dominant color is a slightly matte metallic gray, accentuated by an authentic patina due to age and use. The relief of the inscription and the central motif is well-defined, testifying to the quality of the striking at the time. This type of token was intended for public telephone booths, used before the widespread adoption of telephone cards and mobile phones.

The edge of the token is not visible in the photo, but the illustrated side highlights the utilitarian aesthetic of the late 20th century, typical of Polish production in the 80s-90s.
