Description

Vintage compact, rounded LCD electronic game, presented in its original unopened blister pack. This is a virtual pet simulator published by Jaleco in 1997, visible under the reference "Mya" on the packaging. The front of the device features a stylized cat head design, with rounded contours and prominent ears. The case is translucent grey-blue, revealing the internal components. Four round yellow buttons are aligned below the screen, typical of portable electronic games from the late 1990s.

The cardboard blister pack features a cat-inspired graphic universe, with multiple feline illustrations and black paw prints on a yellow, brown, and white background. The inscription "JALECO" appears in the upper left, accompanied by the brand's blue logo. The Japanese text and overall aesthetic confirm a vintage Japanese edition. The LCD screen displays a pixelated cat face, characteristic of virtual pet simulators (pet game, keychain pet) popular during the same period.

The game is equipped with a silver ball chain allowing it to be easily attached to a keyring, bag, or belt. No additional accessories are visible in the packaging. The back of the blister pack is not visible in the photo. The mention "©1997 JALECO LTD." is clearly visible at the bottom right of the cardboard backing.

This type of item is part of the trend of portable electronic games from the late 90s, with a particular emphasis on the kawaii universe and pets. The original blister pack, with its vibrant colors and playful motifs, is in apparent good condition, with no visible creases or tears on the front.

Condition

Used item, sold as is. New electronic game, never opened, in original sealed blister pack. No apparent defects on the visible side.
