This vintage newspaper features the front page of the regional periodical "Semaine Provence," dated March 21-28, 1969, identifiable by the distinctive typography of the title and the mention at the top of the page. The cover announces a new format, illustrated by several black and white photographs showing a typesetting workshop with IBM operators, typical of the technical evolution of press rooms in the late 1960s. The printing uses matte newspaper, with a predominance of light gray and black and red inks to highlight the main title.

In the upper left, the banner "SEMAINE-PROVENCE RADIO MONTE-CARLO" indicates the regional anchoring of the title and its media partnership. To the right, a program announcement specifies the date of Tuesday, March 25, from 8 to 9 p.m., dedicated to "The Church and Money" with Bishop Barthe, a detail that precisely situates the editorial and historical context of the issue.

The layout is structured around a large blue and red title, underlined by a frame illustrated with four photographs.
