This document is an original copy of the Journal officiel de la République française (Official Journal of the French Republic), "Opinions and Reports of the Economic Council" section, dated February 26, 1953. The visible page shows the cover of issue number 8 of 1953, dedicated to the "1953 Session" with the sitting of February 24, 1953.

The document is printed on old paper, typical of French administrative publications from the mid-20th century.
