Description
This document is an original copy of the academic journal "Conférencia", published by the University of Annales. It is issue number 5, dated February 15, 1921, corresponding to the 15th year (1920-1921) of publication. The cream-colored cover with blue print features an illustration of the University of Annales building in its center, accompanied by period typography, characteristic of the early 20th century.
The main title "Conférencia" appears in capital letters, followed by the mention "Journal de l’Université des Annales". The table of contents, printed in blue, details several notable lectures and articles, including topics on Victor Hugo, Louis Barthou, Hélène Vacaresco, and strolls through 18th-century theaters. Poems and illustrations are also mentioned, as well as themes of literature and history.
The overall visible condition shows a clean cover, without visible cracks or tears. The upper left edge shows a slight curled corner, typical of old documents handled with care but exposed to time. No major defects are visible on the front. The inscriptions are perfectly legible and the patina testifies to the age of the paper.
At the bottom of the page are subscription details, the publication address at 61, rue Saint-Georges in Paris, and the mention of the price at the time. The general director, Yvonne Sarcey, is also cited, which confirms the authenticity of the publication and its anchoring in early 20th-century French academic history.
This issue of "Conférencia" represents a valuable testimony to the intellectual and cultural life of the 1920s in France, with a sober and elegant layout, typical of scholarly journals of that period. The monochrome blue print on cream paper gives the whole a sober and refined appearance.

Used item, sold as is. The cover shows slight corner wear but remains in very good overall condition for a 1921 document.
