Description

These antique binoculars are characterized by their vintage aesthetic, with a black-finished body and an authentic patina testifying to their age. Presented in a light wooden box with a glass lid, they offer a beautiful retro look, typical of observation instruments from the early to mid-20th century. The visible exterior structure features a black coating with signs of wear and friction, revealing in places an underlying copper or brass hue, characteristic of period binoculars with a metallic base.

The visible face shows two eyepieces with wide collars, a central bridge with a notched focusing wheel, and elongated tubes with a textured surface. The storage box is made of uncolored natural wood, with a hinged lid held by two metal hinges and incorporating a transparent glass slightly marked by time (scratches, various marks clearly visible in the photo). This custom-made box highlights the object while protecting it.

The dominant color of the binoculars is a satin black, punctuated by areas of wear and slight golden or coppery discolorations, accentuating the antique charm of the set.
