This item is a vintage handwritten letter, dated March 28, 1945, on "ARCHIVES DU DÉPARTEMENT DE L'EURE" letterhead. The letter is written in ink, on a double sheet, fully visible unfolded in the photo. The handwritten text occupies the two inner pages, with a regular cursive script, typical of official or personal correspondence from the mid-20th century.

The upper right part of the right sheet bears the precise date "March 28, 1945" as well as the handwritten mention "Évreux." The content is addressed to "Chère Madame" (Dear Madam), which indicates personal or administrative correspondence, related to the historical context of World War II.
