Old handwritten letter dated October 26, 1949, written in blue ink on a sheet of lined paper. This epistolary document is addressed to a recipient named Geneviève, as indicated by the heading "Ma chère Geneviève" (My dear Geneviève). The letter begins with a mention of the place and date: "Les Carroz le 26 octobre 1949" (Les Carroz October 26, 1949).

The text, handwritten in regular and legible cursive script, occupies almost the entire visible page.
