Authentic handwritten letter dated February 6, 1924, written in black ink on a cream-colored sheet of paper. The document, in a vertical rectangular format, features neat cursive handwriting typical of the early 20th century. At the top of the page, the mention "Marseille le 6 février 1924" is clearly visible, accompanied by a handwritten reference "B.P.1450" on the right side.

The main text details a payment receipt, indicating the amount received and referring to a mortgage registration on a property located in Marseille, 17 Bd Marius Thomas. The handwritten signature "R. Cafant" (or similar, subject to legibility) appears at the bottom right. A green tax stamp, with a value of 30 centimes, is affixed at the bottom left, canceled by a handwritten note dated the same day.
