Illustrated First Day Cover (FDC) dedicated to artistic skiing for the XVI Olympic Winter Games in 1992 in Albertville (Savoie), visible in the photo. This collector's envelope features a colorful illustration depicting two skiers performing an acrobatic figure, against a backdrop of snow-capped mountains. The illustration is signed F. Courivaud and bears the inscription "LE SKI ARTISTIQUE" (Artistic Skiing).

The stamp affixed, labeled "2,50 + 0,20 FRANCE SKI ARTISTIQUE ALBERTVILLE 1992", is accompanied by a First Day postmark dated August 3, 1991 in Tignes (73), with the mention "XVI^e JEUX OLYMPIQUES D’HIVER" (XVI Olympic Winter Games). Two clear postmark impressions are visible on the front. A print number is stamped on the bottom right (no. 070101).

The ensemble features a neat layout typical of official philatelic envelopes issued for major sporting events. The item is white, with black and red inscriptions, and a multicolored illustration highlighting the winter Olympic theme and the discipline of artistic skiing.
