Description

This vintage fishing lure, branded Sevenstrand, is presented in its original, unopened packaging. It is a "Knucklehead" model, identifiable by the inscription legible on the card: "SEVENSTRAND KNUCKLEHEAD ALL PURPOSE GAME LURE". The lure is elongated, with a conical metal head and a flexible body made of several thin strands, evoking the silhouette of an artificial octopus or squid, typical of trolling lures for sport fishing.

The lure's head has a metallic appearance, likely chrome or steel finish, while the body is composed of translucent blue soft filaments, enhanced with shimmering reflections and white nuances. The filaments are clearly visible, shiny in appearance, and seem flexible, suitable for marine or freshwater use to target large predatory fish.

The original cardboard packaging is visible, with a slightly yellowed area on the top label, indicating prolonged storage. A sticker at the bottom right indicates "1500 V ITEM COLOR 41", which corresponds to an internal Sevenstrand manufacturer reference. No other accessories are visible on the presented side.

This model is typical of fishing accessories from the 1970s to 1980s, recognizable by its retro design and the typography of the packaging. The Sevenstrand brand is clearly legible, as is the model name "Knucklehead". The set is intended for versatile use ("all purpose game lure"), which made it a popular accessory for sport fishing of various species.
