Old booklet visible in the photo, titled "L’ÉTAT : Démocratie et Fascisme" (THE STATE: Democracy and Fascism), published by the Central Education Section of the French Communist Party. This document, dated September 1945, belongs to the "First Series" of the Elementary School of the French Communist Party, lesson number 2. The cover features sober typography in dark blue on aged-looking paper, characteristic of post-war printing.
