Description

This lot includes several vintage newsletters published by the Interagra company during the 1950s. The visible documents bear specific dates, notably May 1954 and March 1953, and are titled "Bulletin d'information" (Information Bulletin), with a typical mid-20th century layout. These bulletins are printed in black on old white paper, featuring a simple and professional typography, characteristic of agricultural and industrial publications of that period.

On the top page, the title "Bulletin d'information," issue number 11 Z (May 1954), as well as a main front-page article titled "ATTENTION aux pièces de rechange!" (BEWARE of spare parts!) and another box on "L'accord commercial Franco-Tchécoslovaque" (The Franco-Czechoslovak trade agreement) are clearly visible. The text refers to the Zetor tractor brand and the import of agricultural spare parts, which places these documents in the agricultural machinery sector, specifically around Zetor tractors and equipment distributed by Interagra.

The bulletins are presented as single sheets, printed on one side, with a column layout and informative boxes. Specific mentions such as "INTERAGRA" and "ZETOR" are observed, along with details on spare parts supply and the international trade relations of the era.

The general patina of the documents shows visible signs of wear: brown stains, handling marks, and creases, typical of old papers that have been actively used. The text remains legible in all visible areas. The set is placed on a bookshelf background containing bound books, which highlights the retro and documentary nature of these bulletins.

This lot will be suitable for any documentary research on the history of agricultural machinery in France, the import of Czech equipment in the 1950s, or the evolution of post-war agricultural trade networks. These are genuine period testimonies, valued for their authenticity and historical interest.

Condition

Used documents, sold as is. Presence of visible wear, stains, folds, and signs of age. The text remains generally legible on the visible sides.

Did you know? Zetor tractors, mentioned in these bulletins, have been produced in Czechoslovakia since 1946. The brand quickly established itself in Western Europe thanks to its robustness and structuring trade agreements, like the one mentioned in these documents, facilitating the import of machines and spare parts into France as early as the 1950s.
