This lot includes at least one authentic cash receipt issued by the Banque Nationale pour le Commerce et l'Industrie (BNCI), visible in the photograph. The featured item specifically dates from October 27, 1942, as indicated on the document. This receipt, in landscape format, features aged ivory-colored paper, typical of French administrative documents from the 1940s. At the top of the document, the printed letterhead mentions the full name of the bank, followed by its headquarters in Paris, 16 boulevard des Italiens.
