This lot includes an antique copy of the professional magazine "Le Journal des Brodeuses", dated June 1, 1952, visible on the front page. This periodical specializing in the art of embroidery features a richly illustrated cover with black and white floral motifs, typical of the graphic design of early 20th-century publications. The full title "Le Journal des Brodeuses – Journal Professionnel de Broderie" appears in ornate letters within a decorative frame, with the mention of the publisher's address in Lyon (22, rue d'Algérie).

On the second visible sheet, the magazine offers a large embroidery pattern printed in black on cream paper, accompanied by a table of contents listing the various models and patterns provided in this issue: bibs, sheets, alphabets for tablecloths and pillowcases, monograms, and other textile creations.
