Description

This magazine presented here is an original copy of Charlie Hebdo, issue 430, dated Thursday, March 9, 1978. The visible cover features a satirical illustration by Wolinski, one of the iconic cartoonists of the weekly. The visual shows a humorous and provocative scene, typical of the newspaper's irreverent spirit, with two caricatured characters in a suggestive posture, accompanied by the speech bubble "Comme des fous!" (Like crazy!).

The front page bears the title in large black characters: "COMMENT BAISE LES CADRES (et aussi les autres)" (HOW TO F*** EXECUTIVES (and others too)), as well as a distinctive red insert "CHARLIE HEBDO" at the top left. Also noted is the mention "UNE GRANDE ENQUÊTE p.2 et 3" (A BIG INVESTIGATION p.2 and 3), indicating the main content of this issue. The main colors are black, white, red, and touches of pink and beige for the illustration, on a paper background slightly yellowed by time.

The magazine is presented closed, from the front, showing only the cover. The edges appear to be in good overall condition for its age, although slight wear and the beginning of yellowing are noticeable, which is typical of press publications from that era. No major tears or visible missing parts on the displayed side. The paper texture seems flexible, typical of weekly magazines printed in the 1970s.

The entire cover is perfectly legible, with clear printing and colors still well preserved despite the passage of time. Wolinski's signature is clearly visible at the bottom right of the illustration, an important element for fans of satirical press and French humor. No other interior details are visible in the photo.

This issue fully embodies the graphic aesthetic and critical spirit of the French satirical press of the late 1970s, with adult humor and impertinence characteristic of the publication. This is an authentic vintage copy, whose cover perfectly illustrates the editorial audacity of Charlie Hebdo.

Condition

Used item, sold as is. Slight signs of wear and yellowing visible on the cover, with no major apparent defects on the displayed side.
