This old issue of the weekly magazine "Dimanche Illustré" (abbreviated D.I.), dated November 1, 1942, features an iconic cover of French illustrated journalism from the early 1940s. The front page shows a black and white photograph of an elegant woman, accompanied by a dog in front of a car, in a framing typical of the press of the era.
