This illustrated magazine is an original copy of the famous youth periodical "Le Nouveau Pif", issue number 791. The visually striking cover features a bright pink background topped with a yellow band in the upper left corner, where the "Pif" logo is found in thick red and black letters, along with the mention "et son gadget" (and its gadget). The original selling price (9 F) and the magazine number (791) are also indicated in this corner.

The cover features a central photograph depicting a young blonde girl, wearing a wide blue ribbon, who seems to be observing or interacting with an extraterrestrial-looking creature. The image creates a retro atmosphere typical of 80s youth magazines, reinforced by the bright green band at the bottom of the page on which the main title is inscribed: "RENDEZ-VOUS AVEC LES EXTRA-TERRESTRES" (ENCOUNTER WITH EXTRATERRESTRIALS), in large yellow capital letters.
