Description

This lot features an original copy of the comic book magazine "Spirou," number 3461, identifiable by its illustrated cover and the visible mention on the spine. The cover presents a colorful and dynamic drawing with numerous characters in an urban scene, in vivid tones dominated by orange, yellow, and green. The main title "SPIRou" appears large on a light brown background, with comic strip vignettes at the top of the cover. At the bottom, the tagline "Serial special envoys in Kinshasa!" is displayed, along with several mentions of articles or sections within the issue.

The graphic style is typical of Franco-Belgian comic press from the 2000s, with a modern, expressive, and humorous line. Details such as the barcode, price (€1.60), and exact issue number (3461) are clearly legible at the bottom right. The magazine's presentation is neat, with clear printing and well-preserved colors on the visible side. The corners and edges of the cover appear sharp and without major damage on the exposed part.

At the top right, there is a mention of an episode of "Papyrus confronts the fury of the gods," as well as other sections such as "Another prank signed Nelson" (p. 33) and "Protocol lesson for little Lucie" (p. 34), confirming the editorial diversity typical of Spirou. The glossy paper cover has a shiny appearance under light.

The composition of the cover scene, centered on action and character diversity, reflects the satirical and engaged spirit of Spirou magazine, which blends adventure, humor, and current events in its serials. This issue highlights a drawn report from Kinshasa, bringing an international dimension to the publication.

The back, interior, and other sides of the magazine are not visible in the photo and therefore cannot be described.

Condition

Used magazine, sold as is, with a front cover in good apparent condition (vivid colors, no visible tears on the exposed cover).
