Description

This magazine is an old copy of the weekly "Tintin", identifiable by its illustrated cover and its large red title "nouveau tintin" at the top of the page. The issue number visible on the spine indicates "n°103", dated February 8, 1972. The cover features the character Bob Morane, whose name appears in red letters on the left.

The cover illustration shows a dynamic scene, painted in blue and brown tones, depicting a bearded character wearing a wide black hat, standing on a skiff and poling in the middle of a swamp. The graphic atmosphere, typical of 70s adventure comics, is reinforced by expressive details and a mysterious ambiance, with stylized branches and water reflections in the foreground.

The cover layout is characteristic of the retro period: the "tintin" logo takes up a large space, with the mention "nouveau" in black and a light blue subtitle "L’HEBDOMADAIRE DES JEUNES DE 7 À 77 ANS" (THE WEEKLY FOR YOUTH FROM 7 TO 77 YEARS OLD). The name "Bob Morane" catches the eye with its color and positioning, while the illustrator's signature is visible at the bottom right of the image.

The magazine features standard stapled binding for this type of edition, with a soft satin-finish cover. The spine shows a slight patina consistent with a vintage copy. The wooden background on which the magazine rests enhances its colors and highlights its authentic appearance.

This issue is a testament to the graphic design and youth publishing of the early 70s, appreciated for the quality of its cover illustrations and the prominence given to emblematic heroes like Bob Morane.
