Description

This old manometer is a pressure measuring instrument, typical of industrial equipment from the mid to late 20th century. It features a circular dial protected by a slightly opaque glass, probably aged glass or plastic, set in a metallic-looking frame. The dial displays a graduated scale from 0 to 10, with black numbers and fine graduations, as well as a black main hand and a red secondary hand, both fixed at the center by a brass or golden-patinated metal axle.

The face of the dial shows signs of wear, dirt, and some superficial marks, indicating prolonged use in an industrial environment. The perimeter of the dial is encircled by a metal ring with a matte finish, also showing small traces of oxidation or aging.

The fitting visible at the bottom is a threaded brass or brass-looking piece, allowing the manometer to be connected to a circuit or installation. This hexagonal piece is typical of measuring instruments designed to be screwed onto pipes or pressure tanks.
