Old Medal of Labor presented in its original case, bearing the inscription "V. Lecourtier, 32 La Canebière, Marseille" inside the lid. The circular medal is suspended from a blue, white, and red tricolor ribbon, typical of French official distinctions. On the visible side, the inscription "RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE" surrounds a female profile adorned with a vegetal crown, a classic representation of the Republican Marianne.

The ribbon features a fine texture and vivid, well-preserved colors, evoking the traditional appearance of French honorary decorations. The medal itself shows a gray and matte patina, with some signs of wear, highlighting its authenticity and age. The attachment consists of a visible metal ring, firmly fixed to the ribbon.
