This oval religious medal depicts a full-length Virgin Mary, arms open, surrounded by a ray pattern. It is a "miraculous" medal, typical of the Catholic tradition, with a silver-colored metallic finish. The medal has a bail integrated into the mass for wearing as a pendant on a chain or cord.

On the visible side, the Virgin Mary is finely molded in slight relief, in a classic posture, hands open downwards, symbolizing grace and protection. Around the scene is a perfectly legible inscription in relief: "O MARY CONCEIVED WITHOUT SIN PRAY FOR US WHO HAVE RECOURSE TO THEE". At the bottom, the date "1830" appears, referring to the first Marian apparition on Rue du Bac in Paris, which founded this type of medal.

The medal has a regular oval shape, with smooth edges and a patinated appearance typical of old or vintage pieces. The surface shows slight traces of wear, consistent with an old object, without altering the legibility of the details.
