This antique oval religious pendant is a "Miraculous Medal", depicting the Virgin Mary in relief on the visible side. The figure is shown standing, with open arms, and rays descending from her hands, a traditional motif in Catholic iconography associated with the Virgin of Graces. Around the figure, an inscription follows the perimeter of the medal, although it is only partially legible in the photo.

The medal has a silver-colored metallic finish, with visible patina and oxidation marks, testifying to its age and past use.
