This old religious medal, made of metal, features a classic round shape with an integrated suspension ring, typical of Catholic devotional objects worn as pendants or attached to rosaries. The visible side features a raised depiction of the Virgin and Child, a central motif in Christian tradition. The outline of the medal is adorned with an inscription in capital letters, part of which is legible: "CARMELI" and "REGINA DECOR", likely referring to the denomination "Regina Decor Carmeli", a Marian title associated with Our Lady of Mount Carmel.

The metal surface shows an old patina, with areas of oxidation and traces of wear, attesting to the age and authenticity of this piece. The relief of the decoration, although slightly softened by time, remains legible and highlights the traditional figurative style of the medal. The suspension ring, wide and robust, is integral to the body of the medal, allowing for secure wear as a pendant or on a religious keychain.
