This old religious medal has a rectangular shape with scalloped edges, with a relief on the front depicting a haloed Virgin, standing, with open arms, against a plain background. The central scene is surrounded by an ornamental frame, with embossed motifs in the corners and a solid integrated suspension ring at the top, allowing it to be used as a pendant or charm.

The medal has a patinated surface, characteristic of old objects, with greyish nuances and visible metallic reflections. The reliefs are still clear, although the whole shows traces of regular wear, testifying to its age and handling over time. The details of the decoration, particularly the radiant halo around the Virgin's head and the decorative volutes at the bottom, are finely executed and typical of traditional Catholic religious style.
