Description

This Catholic religious pendant takes the form of an oval medal with a metallic finish, typical of devotional objects worn around the neck. The visible side shows a detailed relief depicting the Miraculous Virgin, with open arms, and a stylized halo. The embossed inscription follows the upper edge of the medal and remains largely legible, which characterizes the so-called "miraculous" medals inspired by Catholic tradition.

The medal has a circular hole at the top, allowing for easy suspension on a chain or cord. The surface has a slightly shiny appearance, highlighting the engraving work and the various reliefs: folds of clothing, rays emanating from the hands, and crisp outlines of the Virgin's face and silhouette.

The perimeter is regular, with no added decoration, which gives this religious jewel an elegant simplicity. The finish shows some discreet marks, typical of cast or struck metal manufacturing. The edges and surface show a natural patina, indicating previous use and possible daily wear.
